5 POWERFUL WAYS TO STOP AN ASTHMA WITHOUT AN INHALER

1. Sit down. It’s crucial and it’s much easier to breathe sitting than any other position. Sit down and stay seated until your breath is fully back under your control.
2. Drink some more clean water. Your lungs run on water to pump air. The water needs to be clean with nothing else in it.
3. Put a small pinch of salt on your tongue after two glasses of water and let it dissolve on your tongue. First drink two full glasses of water and then follow that with a small pinch of salt on the tongue.
4. Hold your middle finger while you’re sitting down. Take your hand and wrap all the fingers around the middle finger of the other hand. No pulling, rubbing, squeezing or massaging is required. Just hold until your breath fully normalizes.
5. Do something simple with your terrified mind to pull down your anxiety. The simplest is to put your attention on object in the room or place you find yourself in.

Some causes and triggers are common to all people with asthma, and some are more individual. The triggers include;
1.  Indoor allergens e.g. house dust, mites in bedding, carpet and stuffed furniture and pollution.
2.  Outdoor allergens e.g. pollens and moulds.
3. Smoke.
4. Chemical irritants in the work place.
5. Cold air.
6. extreme emotional arousal such as anger, fear and physical exercise.
